No Member may engage another Member in commercial solicitation without JKAL’s written consent. Members are liable for the consequences of their activities and/or their breach of this Agreement notwithstanding termination of services.
 4.	Member represents and warrants that he or she: 
	4.1.	is at least 18 years of age;
	4.2.	will not violate any applicable laws or regulations of any regulatory body; 
	4.3.	will not redistribute the material on the site to anyone, nor permit any minor to view this material nor expose to the material any person who may find it offensive;

 7.	KSONTHEWEB.COM (JKAL) can terminate you membership/subscription or access to all or part of the service at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion.
